Winter Holiday Table Centerpieces

If you are planning a holiday wedding, shower or buffet ... you will need a centerpiece. You can spend as much as you like, or be creative and make a fabulous centerpiece very inexpensively. It's all in the planning, checking for sales and getting ideas. Some simple examples that are elegant are the blue linen table on the right with a simple snowflake table runner is stunning. Add a wreath or a bowl of silver ornaments and you have a finished product.

Another easy centerpiece; a nice red or green tablecloth with a bowl of pinecones in the center. Use a crystal bowl, a colorful ceramic bowl or
even a nice basket. You can use the natural pine cones or spray paint them holiday colors, such as red, white or silver. A plaid bow around the basket is also a nice touch. (pinecone and blue table cloth pictures were found at Good Housekeeping.

I love these Fleur De Lys Candle Tumblers. You can place one at each place setting and it will be both romantic and elegant. Your guest can also take the candle home as their favor. The look: like something you would find at a market or antique shop in India. The scent: intoxicating, fresh and exotic. These beautiful candles in green, amber and brown glass feature a raised Fleur de Lys design flecked with silver paint, like treasures worn down by time and the elements. Sophisticated scents include: fresh mistletoe (green), sweet orange grove (amber) and luscious Mediterranean fig (brown). Tumblers made in India. Hand poured in the USA with 100% soy wax from American-grown soy beans. 45-hour burn time.

The Lenox Exclusive Village Treasures Mistletoe Park 3 Trees are elegant. Macy's sells the whole town. if the Bride and Groom want a nice gift or keepsake from their wedding, this is a great idea. Buy a piece for each table. A building, the sleigh, etc. Lenox is a nice heirloom and these pieces would be a wonderful reminder of the wedding. They would also look elegant on the table on top of pine needles, angels hair or
any other Christmas filler you like.

If you like whimsical -- -Dillards is the place. This
Jim Shore "Rudolph" Figurine sells for under $38.00. He is made of stone resin; 9x6.5".

The idea of candles tumblers is truly attractive and I am gonna use this idea in my wedding reception party at venues Chicago. Will gift candles as favors to all my guests. The fragrance of candles will make environment fresh and exotic.
